These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of whatsheisnottellingyou.com and the content, features, and services offered through What She’s Not Telling You (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a digital content project operated from the Czech Republic.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Purpose of the Website

What She’s Not Telling You shares relationship-focused content from Zoe’s personal perspective. The project is intended to encourage curiosity, communication, and a clearer understanding of emotional experiences that people may find difficult to express.

Important: The content reflects one woman’s personal perspective. It is educational and informational only and is not professional therapy, mental-health care, medical advice, legal advice, or a substitute for qualified professional support.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this website. If the law where you live requires a higher minimum age to consent to online services, you must meet that age requirement. By using the website, you represent that you meet the applicable requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the website lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

  • use the website to harass, threaten, exploit, deceive, or harm another person;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, servers, or connected systems;
  • introduce malware, harmful code, automated attacks, or other material that could disrupt the website;
  • scrape, copy, republish, sell, or commercially exploit our content without written permission;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
  • use our content to promote manipulation, abuse, discrimination, or illegal activity; or
  • interfere with another person’s ability to use the website.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content—including text, videos, graphics, branding, logos, page design, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to What She’s Not Telling You and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and share links to publicly available pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

5. Messages and Submitted Content

If you send us a question, comment, story, or other material, you remain responsible for what you submit. Do not send confidential information, content you do not have permission to share, or personal information about another person without a lawful basis.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, and display material you voluntarily submit when reasonably necessary to respond to you, provide the requested feature, moderate the service, or protect the website. We will not publicly identify you with a personal story without your permission, unless disclosure is required by law.

6. No Guaranteed Results

Relationships and individual experiences vary. We do not promise that following, considering, or applying any idea presented on this website will create a particular relationship outcome. You remain responsible for your own decisions, communications, boundaries, and actions.

7. Third-Party Platforms and Links

The website may link to or interact with third-party services such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or other platforms. Those services are operated independently and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, or practices.

Your use of a connected third-party account must comply with that platform’s rules. We do not request your third-party account password through this website.

8. TikTok-Connected Features

If a TikTok account holder authorizes a feature operated by us, the feature may use only the permissions approved during TikTok’s authorization process and permitted by TikTok. This may include authenticating the account, uploading or publishing approved media, checking publication status, or managing the connection.

The account holder may revoke access through TikTok settings. Requests concerning TikTok-connected data may be sent to zoegoerke1@gmail.com. Additional details are provided in our Privacy Policy.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Website Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website at any time. We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item of content will always be complete, current, or error-free.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your access to, reliance on, or inability to use the website or its content. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

13. Suspension or Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the website or a feature if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, the website or another person is at risk, or such action is required by law. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including intellectual-property, disclaimer, and liability provisions—will survive termination.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights or legal protections that apply in your country of residence. Any dispute will be handled by a court with lawful jurisdiction under applicable rules.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the website, connected services, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
